Taylor Hoffrichter

Taylor has participated in organizing Special Olympics in Milwaukee, helping to run events and guide the children through various tasks. Kids involved get to experience a fun and structured “field day” in a supportive environment. Taylor has also participated in Oak Leaf Trail cleanups by collecting garbage and recycling in the trails in her neighborhood. Community involvement is important to Taylor because it builds a sense of connection.

Jessi Dombeck

Jessi Dombeck volunteers at the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry, an organization that strives to achieve food security for everyone in their community through collaboration, cooperation, advocacy, resource sharing, and increased public awareness. She has volunteered with the Personal Essentials Pantry, which aims to help individuals and families in need by providing essential hygiene and household cleaning products, preserving individual dignity and promoting a healthy 

home environment. Jessi finds fulfillment in assisting shoppers and creating a welcoming experience. She hopes that those she helps will encourage others to seek support and take advantage of these valuable community resources.

Todd Manteufel

TJ volunteers with and serves as a committee member for Koos For Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for terminally ill and disadvantaged children in Southeastern, WI. “This cause is meaningful to me because I believe in the importance of giving back to your community and that all children should have the chance to participate in joyful experiences that create long-lasting memories.”

I am drawn to the involvement with Koos For Kids because I strongly believe in our mission of enhancing the quality of life for terminally ill and disadvantaged children in Southeastern, WI. Being able to positively impact the lives of the children and their families is a great cause, and the joy they get from our events is amazing. I really enjoy being able to build relationships with the children and their families and continue to help create a positive impact on their lives.

I want to help create joyful long-lasting memories that our Challenger Baseball and Challenger Bowling Leagues provide. Baseball specifically had a huge impact on my life and created countless memories for my family and me. I want to help provide experiences to the children near my hometown that bring them joy and that they will hopefully remember for a long time!

Dawn Laning

Dawn volunteers with Unity Hospice’s Liminary Walk, helping raise funds for the Unity Grief Center which supports individuals who have lost loved ones. She also participates in Give A Kid A Book which is an annual campaign to collect and distribute new books to low-income kids for the December holidays.

“There are so many people grieving in our community who have lost loved ones, and it is great to have a place where they can go to get help with the grieving process and know they are not alone.”

Effie Frank

Effie currently volunteers for Meals on Wheels of Waukesha County through the Aging and Disability Resource Center, delivering meals to seniors throughout the county. Alongside other volunteers, she helps pack meals at a local center 

once a month, sometimes serving up to 70 meals in a single session. Effie feels strongly about supporting our aging population and making sure they have access to healthy meals and opportunities for social connection.

David Heck

Dave is the past president and Co-Founder of the Hodag Schools Foundation, a role he held for 25 years. During his leadership there, the foundation awarded millions of grants to the Rhinelander School District and led efforts in building the Hodag Dome which is the largest high school all season dome and one of the largest permanent domes in the United States. 

He currently serves as a board member for Aspirus Inc., contributing to both the Finance committee and the Audit Committee. Dave is the past leader and co-founder of Forward Rhinelander, a collaborative community initiative focused on improving Rhinelander and Northern Wisconsin. Dave emphasizes the importance of community engagement and encourages all his team members to get involved and help in various communities. He believes to support and help the greater good is a necessity and has so much respect for non-profits and their mission.

Donna Blamberg

Donna is actively involved with Hodag Sno-Trails, a charitable, not-for-profit, volunteer organization and Rhinelander’s original snowmobile club. Hodags Sno-Trails is one of nine snowmobile clubs in the country and plays a key role in maintaining the region’s snowmobile infrastructure. Across Wisconsin, Hodag Sno-Trails alone manages over 140 miles of scenic and adventurous trails for public use and enjoyment.

“Our family has been snowmobiling enthusiasts for as long as I can remember. Having well-groomed trails bring in countless amounts of tourists to our local establishments in the winter months, supporting local restaurants, bars, hotels, and gas stations.”

Stevie Radzinski

Stevie has served as the Secretary of the Governance Board for Lakeland STAR School/Academy since the school’s formation in 2018. Located in Minocqua WI, Lakeland STAR is a public charter school focused on supporting students with autism spectrum disorder, though it is inclusive of all diverse learners. Lakeland STAR fills a crucial gap in the community by helping students improve communication, socialization, life skills, and academic performance, giving these students the opportunity to thrive, and become active and contributing members of society. 

Stevie also owns and manages a free library known as the “Radzinski Book Barn,” providing free books to adults, teens, and children, encouraging book exchanges and promoting literacy. “The Radzinski Book Barn was born from my love for literacy. I wanted to share my love of books with others and provide books to those who don’t have the funds or resources to own their own books.”

“Throughout my years as secretary, it has been extremely rewarding to watch the progress of students, who were previously struggling in the mainstream school district, excel at Lakeland STAR. I have watched non-verbal autistic students stand in front of a large crowd of people and give a speech. I have also watched students excel through expression in arts, banking, and equine therapy. I am proud to be apart of a school that can give students the resources they need to succeed.”

Jacob Klaus

Jacob Klaus is a dedicated advocate for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. Jake co-founded HER Alliance, a Wisconsin-based 501©(3) nonprofit organization that empowers survivors of commercial sex trafficking. HER Alliance focuses on prevention through education, and healing through strong, collaborative community partnerships. In 2025, Jake helped formally establish HER Alliance after previously serving on the board of directors for Awaken Inc., a national nonprofit committed to supporting survivors of human trafficking. He also serves as an advisor for Dudes & T.A.C.O.S., an initiative of Foundations Health & Wholeness that provides resources aimed at improving men’s mental health and overall well-being.

Olivia Stoll

Olivia currently serves on the board of the Rhinelander Area Scholarship Foundation, providing financial support to local graduates pursuing education beyond high school. In 2025, the foundations awarded over $317,000 to 80 students. When Olivia was a high school graduate, she received a scholarship from RASF which helped her further her education and ultimately inspired her to join the foundation and give back to the community. Olivia also served as treasurer ( 2018-2023) and continues to serve on the board of Lights of the Northwoods, a non-profit that hosts a free annual holiday lights event while collecting donations for local food pantries, and animal welfare organizations such as the Oneida County Humane Society and Wild Instincts. Olivia helped expand the organization’s mission to include animals in need, reflecting on her passion to help both animal and human life.
