Donna M. Blamberg

Donna Blamberg is a Senior Director, and Chief Compliance Officer at Heck Capital Advisors. She is based in Heck Capital's Rhinelander office. Donna began her investment career in 1994 and holds the IAACP - Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional - designation. Donna is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. 

Prior to Heck Capital Advisors, Donna worked for a Wall Street firm for 13 years performing several different functions from client service, operations and compliance.

Donna’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the Client Service team and working closely with the Advisors to facilitate client satisfaction. Donna also oversees Heck Capital's operating procedures and manages Compliance to help the firm meet their regulatory obligations. 

Donna resides in Rhinelander, WI with her husband, Scott, and two dogs. She serves as the Treasurer on the Hodag Sno-Trails board for Oneida County, which has built and maintained over 140 miles of scenic and adventurous trails for snowmobiling. Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities such as snowmobiling, camping and boating.

I have two exotic birds that I hand dropper fed as babies. One is an Amazon and the other is a Catalina Macaw. They can live upwards of 60 years.

What do you enjoy most about working at Heck Capital Advisors?
I especially enjoy the interaction with our clients and helping them with their needs. We are in a unique position to impact the financial success of our clients and helping our clients achieve their goals is extremely gratifying.

Stevie L. Radzinski

Stevie L. Radzinski

Stevie Radzinski is a Director at Heck Capital Advisors and a member of our Client Service Team based in Heck Capital’s  Rhinelander office.

Stevie graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Nicolet Area Technical College in 2006 where she was the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Stevie began her investment career in 2007 and since then she passed the Series 65, Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination in 2019. 

Stevie’s primary responsibilities in Executive Client Service include establishing & maintaining new client relationships, providing client service support to high‐net worth individuals and Heck Capital’s Investment Advisors and assisting in the administrative and operational functions involving clients’ accounts. She is also responsible for facilitating money movement, securities transfers and gifting for Foundations, as well as handling contributions and distributions for Donor Advised Funds. 

Outside of Heck Capital Advisors, Stevie has served as Secretary for Lakeland STAR School/Academy since its formation in 2018. Lakeland STAR is a charter school that's primary focus is on Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, but caters to all diverse learners. In addition to her involvement with Lakeland STAR, she owns and manages a Little Free Library, which is a book box that provides free books to the community and promotes book exchanges and literacy.

Stevie resides in Rhinelander, WI with her husband, Travis, and their son. Stevie enjoys camping & hiking, traveling, crafting, musical theatre / concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

What do you enjoy most about working at Heck Capital Advisors?
Being able to work with such a knowledgeable, diligent team who shares the same vision and is able to work very efficiently together in a collaborative environment.

What is the most rewarding part of your position?
The relationships that are built with the clients over the years and feeling a sense of accomplishment knowing that I am assisting them in achieving their financial goals and building their legacy.

What does outstanding client service mean to you?
Being a part of a knowledgeable team, with a positive attitude, and going above and beyond the norm to provide the client with the best possible experience throughout their journey with Heck Capital Advisors. Also, making sure the client knows that we care about them, and their families, and are willing to assist them in any way that we can to simplify their life.

Otona R. Lavender

Otona R. Lavender

Otona Lavender is a member of the Client Service/Operations team, serving as an Associate Director with a focus on Client Service needs and is based out of Heck Capital’s Rhinelander Office. 

Otona graduated from Nicolet Area Technical College in 1996 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Administrative Assistance. Later Otona went on to gain her B.B.A with an emphasis in General Business and Minor in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2014, the same year she began her investment career with Heck Capital. Otona passed her Series 65, Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination in 2022. Otona is currently a Notary Public for the State of Wisconsin. She is Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance licensed. Prior to joining Heck Capital, Otona spent many years in client service, including in the insurance industry as well as 12 years in county government. 

Otona’s Executive Client Service responsibilities include working closely with Advisors to facilitate client requests, assisting with administrative and operational duties in relation to client’s accounts with a main goal to build a strong client/advisor relationship. She is also responsible for facilitating money movement, handling contributions and distributions for Donor Advised Funds as well as training and mentoring new hires.

Otona is a lifelong resident of Rhinelander, WI and shows her commitment to the community by showing support every year with a "Walk to Remember" to help the Alzheimer's Association raise funds for support and research. This is an annual event held in more than 600 communities nationwide and is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care.

Otona enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading books and relaxing with her furry friends.

Effie V. Frank

Effie V. Frank

Effie Frank is a member of the Client Service / Operations team serving as a Senior Associate with a focus on Client Service and Operations and is based in Heck Capital’s Milwaukee office. Effie began her career in the financial services industry in 2015 and joined Heck Capital in 2019. Effie graduated from Alverno College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communications and Marketing.

Effie's primary responsibilities include working closely with Advisors to facilitate client requests and assisting with administrative and operational duties in relation to client's accounts. Effie also greets clients by phone and in person in the Milwaukee office. 

Effie has volunteered for the American Cancer Society and volunteered for numerous youth sports and activities in the Waukesha community. 

Effie resides in Waukesha, WI with her husband, Chadd, and their two children and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, cooking and travelling.

I enjoy meeting clients and hearing their unique stories and life experiences. I always learn something new with each encounter.

I believe outstanding customer service is providing a high level of care in assisting each and every client with all of their needs. No request is too small and at the end of the day, we listen to our clients’ needs and respond with respect, kindness and compassion.

Marcy A. Cook

Marcy A. Cook

Marcy Cook is a member of the Client Service / Operations team with a focus on being the Office Coordinator of Heck Capital’s Rhinelander office. Marcy obtained her Office Administration Diploma from Gogebic Community College - Michigan.

Marcy’s primary responsibilities include working closely with the advisors and staff in order to make sure the office runs smoothly. Her responsibilities include monthly and quarterly newsletter production and maintaining supply inventory. She is the first voice you hear when you call Heck Capital and enjoys meeting with all the clients that come to the Rhinelander office.

Marcy resides in Rhinelander, WI with her husband, Phil and their dog, Bella. Marcy enjoys spending time with family and friends and finding new places to listen to music and enjoy good food. She loves the outdoors and going on adventures to destinations unknown.

I met my husband on a blind date! He was very funny and witty and we hit it off right away. He asked about my peppermint chapstick and I asked him if he would like to try it. He responded by coming across the table to kiss me! We have been together ever since. All I can say is Thank you Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Chapstick!

What is the most rewarding part of your position?
Getting to interact with the most interesting people! Everyone has a story and I love learning about them.

What does outstanding client service mean to you?
I have always believed in the “Sunset Policy” which is getting back to clients by the end of the day even if you don’t have the answer yet. I love helping people and finding solutions for them. I worked in the banking industry for years before moving to Rhinelander and learned if you do the right thing for the customer you do the right thing for your company.

What do you enjoy most about working at Heck Capital Advisors?
I absolutely love the culture here. They put the client first and it shows in everything they say and do. This aligns with my beliefs so it is a great fit.

Abigail E. Edmonds

Abigail E. Edmonds

Abigail Edmonds is part of our Client Service team and assists in marketing. She is based in our Rhinelander, WI office. With a strong background in customer service and account management, Abbey specializes in cultivating high-level relationships to drive retention and foster strategic partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, where she studied Journalism and Visual Art, graduating in 2017. Abigail previously served as Senior Customer Success Manager at an e-commerce company in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, she oversaw successful portfolios, regularly engaged with clients, and led customer service and onboarding teams. Her help in crafting client communications on behalf of senior leadership significantly enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Her passion for art, design, and small business entrepreneurship complements her commitment to creativity and strategic vision in all business aspects. Abbey brings a unique blend of artistic creativity, strategic decision making, and client-focused dedication to our team at Heck Capital Advisors. In 2023 she was selected by Villa Terrace Art Museum as one of five artists whose work exhibits mastery in their discipline and builds upon the legacy of craft and decorative arts in Wisconsin.

Jessi M. Dombeck

Jessi M. Dombeck

Jessi Dombeck is a member of the Client Service/Operations team, serving as an Associate with a focus on Client Service needs and is based in the Heck Capital Rhinelander Office. Jessi studied Paralegal Studies at Rasmussen College as well as Law Enforcement Recruit Training at Mid-State Technical College. Prior to joining Heck Capital in 2022, Jessi spent many years in the client service industry mostly in the dental field but has experience working closely with a variety of people in many different industries. She grew up working in food service and an automotive supply retail store. Focusing on the dental field in her early twenties, she found that she enjoyed helping people understand procedures and building relationships.

Jessi’s primary responsibilities include working closely with Advisors to facilitate client requests, assisting with administrative and operational duties in relation to client’s accounts, and focusing on the main goal of building strong client/advisor relationships.

Jessi lives in Rhinelander, WI with her husband, son, daughter, and three dogs.  She enjoys kayaking, horseback riding, boating, watching her son play hockey, and spending time with her family. Jessi also likes to get involved in her community by volunteering at the local area food pantry.

Taylor L. Hoffrichter

Taylor L. Hoffrichter

Taylor L. Hoffrichter is a member of our Client Service/Operations team and is based in our Milwaukee office. She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Organizational Administra­tion from Washtenaw College. With a strong background in operations and client service, Taylor previously worked with recruiting firms in Chicago, where she managed scheduling, communication, and documentation for clients, and monitored the security and accuracy of data. In addition to her operational expertise, Taylor has a solid foundation in business development, which enables her to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Her proactive approach and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset to our team as we strive to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Taylor volunteers for Special Olympics Chicago through their partnership with the Chicago Park District, which provides year-round sports training at public parks throughout the city. Outside of work Taylor enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling to explore new cultures, hike, try new restaurants, and explore the city.

Kendra M. Glebke

Kendra M. Glebke

Kendra Glebke is a member of the Client Service team, serving as a Senior Associate, and is based in the Heck Capital Rhinelander Office. Prior to joining Heck Capital in 2025, Kendra spent over twenty years as an administrator in the healthcare industry, managing the operations of high-volume healthcare practices. In addition to the daily operations and scheduling for multiple clinics, Kendra was responsible for preparing annual budgets, analyzing financial data, managing income and expenses, and financial reporting. Kendra is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Kendra brings decades of administrative and client service experience to the Heck Capital, and her leadership and management skills will help us to service our clients at the highest possible level. Kendra's primary responsibilities include working closely with Advisors to facilitate client requests, assisting with administrative and operational duties in relation to client's accounts, and building strong client/advisor relationships.

Kendra lives in Rhinelander, and enjoys hunting, skiing, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.

 

What do you enjoy most about working at Heck Capital Advisors?  

The team environment at Heck Capital is wonderful.  I appreciate that clients are always put first, and that there is great attention to detail throughout the company.

Building relationships with clients and ensuring they have the support they need is the most rewarding part of my job.
