Kenneth R. Heck
Kenneth Heck is the Chief Financial Officer of Heck Capital Advisors and founded the firm in 2007 with his father and brother.
Ken began his investment career in 1990, after graduating from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 1993, he started the firm's discretionary program, and in the late 90’s, developed the firm's asset allocation program for 401(k) plans.
As CFO of Heck Capital, Ken oversees the fiscal responsibilities of the firm. In addition to these duties, he provides investment advice and planning to high-net-worth clients. Ken is well suited to provide fiduciary advice, asset allocation, and investment selection to high-net-worth families and endowments/foundations.
In his leadership role at the firm, Ken oversees all discretionary investment strategies offered by Heck Capital and serves as Chairperson of Heck Capital’s Investment Committee. Ken's primary responsibility as chair of the Investment Committee is to maintain the integrity of all investment strategies offered by Heck Capital. Ken collaborates closely with portfolio managers, analysts, due-diligence officers, and industry experts.
A former collegiate swimmer, Ken is passionate about giving back to the Rhinelander community through his work with the Rhinelander Swim Club, of which he is currently President. Ken coordinates collaborative planning between the club, the Northwood YMCA and the Rhinelander School District for the betterment of the youth swim program with the elevation of swimmers up to the Hodag High School swim teams. Ken has previously served as the Finance Council Chair for Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church and on the Strategic Planning Committee for the Northwood YMCA.
Ken resides in Rhinelander, WI with his wife, Jenny, and their four children. He enjoys swimming, boating, and spending quality time with his family.

Working with clients over many years and seeing their long term goals come to fruition is the most rewarding aspect of my work.

I want to help clients achieve a genuine comfort and knowledge about their investments. The more informed and comfortable they are, the more they are able to enjoy life.
